We accept cash and online bank transfers.
Yes this will be arranged when you make your initial booking.
Yes we sell gift vouchers of £15, £30 and £50. You can purchase these within our salon or on our online store.
• This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only
• This voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion
• Club Apparel points cannot be availed or redeemed while using this voucher
• We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
• This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards
• Not applicable for online Purchase
• All vouchers are valid for 6 months
We would ask you to come to your appointment alone where possible to ensure that your experience is enjoyed without distraction.
24 hours’ notice of an appointment is greatly appreciated. During busy times of the year, a deposit may be requested to secure your booking which will be taken off your treatment cost.

• Any cancelations or changes must be notified 24hrs notice in advanced
We kindly request you to keep noise to a minimum and place mobile phones on silent, as to not disturb any other clients in treatment. For their safety we request no children in the treatment rooms.
